Baykar Worker Housing – 3

Housing - 3 project, which is the last project of Baykar Worker Housing projects, consists of 120,000m² and 12 blocks. The project displays an introverted approach in the fragmented and distant view of Başakşehir. Blocks create their own patterns with their placement. Blocks in different forms and areas create social experience areas on both the ground and terrace floors. The prevailing slope of the land allows it to be terraced on the land. In this way, the resulting basement floor surfaces are re-functioned as social reinforcement.
